Dr. Yudhi Nugraha, M.Biomed, adalah seorang peneliti bidang biologi struktural dan molekuler di Pusat Riset Biologi Molekuler Eijkman. Ia meraih gelar PhD pada usia 28 tahun dari Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST) di Jepang melalui beasiswa Monbukagakusho (MEXT), dengan tugas akhir tentang kristalografi sinar-X untuk determinasi struktur protein PPAR kompleks. Dedikasi dan pencapaiannya membuatnya dianugerahi Young Scientist Fellowship Award dari Federation of Asian and Oceanian Biochemists and Molecular Biologists 2019. Ia memiliki lebih dari 30 publikasi yang beberapa di antaranya berada di jurnal internasional ternama, seperti Advanced Science, Analytical Biochemistry, dan Preparative Biochemistry & Biotechnology Dr. Nugraha memiliki peran penting sebagai koordinator kolaborasi global Cryo-EM di Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional Republik Indonesia. Ia memiliki pengalaman penelitian yang luas di berbagai institusi terkemuka, seperti di University of Pavia, Italia (2024-2025), Spanish National Cancer Research Center di Madrid (2021-2023), NAIST-Jepang, University of California Davis-USA, dan European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) Hamburg. Dalam komunitas ilmiah global, ia aktif berkontribusi, termasuk sebagai presiden Asosiasi Biologi Struktur Indonesia, pengurus pusat Indonesian Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, American Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, serta Kavli Frontiers of Science di Akademi Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (AIPI) dan National Academy of Sciences (NAS) USA
