Aidy Halimanjaya, PhD. adalah ekonom yang berprofesi sebagai peneliti dan konsultan yang berkeahlian di bidang monitoring dan evaluasi efektifitas investasi dan pendanaan mitigasi dan adaptasi perubahan iklim. Dia adalah direktur dan salah satu pendiri Dala Institute, sebuah organisasi penelitian dan konsultasi monitoring dan evaluasi yang didedikasikan untuk kelestarian lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan berdomisili di Bali, Indonesia. Karirnya berfokus pada mendukung upaya global mitigasi emisi gas rumah kaca. Dia berpengalaman secara profesional di bidang keuangan internasional, perubahan iklim, kebijakan publik, ekonometrika dan penilaian dampak penelitian terhadap kebijakan. Keahliannya banyak dikontribusikan untuk menjawab kebutuhan dan tantangan dunia global saat ini. Dia memiliki pengalaman bekerja dengan program pengembangan kebijakan fiskal dan keuangan di bidang energi terbarukan, kehutanan, tata guna dan dan tata lelola lahan. Dalam menyusun laporan penelitian dan kebijakan, Aidy sudah berkolaborasi di tingkat internasional dengan United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR), World Bank, European Union, Sektretariat ASEAN, Overseas Development Institute di London, Badan Kebijakan Fiskal di Kementerian Keuangan Indonesia, Direktorat Jenderal Pengendalian Perubahan Iklim di Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan dan institusi pendanaan iklim seperti Indonesia Climate Change Trust Fund dan International Climate Fund.
